I was wanting to buy wholesale, or dropship and sell on ebay. I need to have a resale license to do so. I'm not doing this full time and expect to make less than 1000.00 per month and may not do this every month. I noticed on the 2643 form it states that for an address i can use a P.O. box or rural route address. I will be doing this from my home and my address is a rural route ( HCR ) what can i do about that or will i not be able to get a license because of my address?
